No. AGIYA K9 is the dog DTC line of AGIYA Industries, LLC in Tomball, Texas — custom dog embroidery. We are not affiliated with Ferplast “Agila” or Julius-K9. The Trail Harness is our chest-panel embroidery blank, not a licensed copy of anyone else's harness.
Yes. Phone-first embroidery is the usual ask on a Field Collar or Trail Harness chest panel: a name, a 10-digit number, or a short pack mark. Block, athletic, or script. Send the exact string on the work order.
We don't publish a hard cap. It depends on the panel, the font, and whether a phone sits next to the name. A name plus a phone number is the usual fit. Longer lines get smaller type. We'll tell you if it won't read before we stitch.
Lock-stitch is silent ID. A name and phone on the webbing don't jingle like a dangling plate. You can read the number without getting in a fearful dog's face. Custom stitch from the Tomball floor — not a stamped tag.
The stitch has to stay readable after you buckle and slide the collar. A mark too close to the buckle can tuck when you cinch. Put placement in the work-order notes — left of buckle, centered on the band, or describe it. We'll stitch what you write, not what we guess.
Chest-panel type lives on the panel. After you cinch neck and chest straps, the mark still has to read. Write in the work-order notes how you size the dog and which way the panel sits on the walk. We stitch to those notes.
If you clip at the chest or the back, write which one you walk on in the work-order notes so the phone still reads after you cinch the straps. Clip position is a walking preference, not a no-pull promise. We don't publish ratings for dogs who back out of straps.
Setup is charged when a blank is decorated. Each product lists it (Field Collar $6.00; Trail Harness $8.00). The blank price is the goods; setup covers digitizing that mark.
Measure. Collar: neck where the band sits, two fingers of slack. Trail Harness: girth behind the front legs, then neck. XS–XL. Between sizes? Size up. See the size guide — we don't invent circumference charts we haven't measured on these blanks.
Typical 5–10 business days after art is clear (working estimate, not a guarantee). Custom work ships after production, not the same day as payment. United States only. Rush asks go through the studio at (346) 367-7237.
Decorated custom work is made to order and is not returnable unless we shipped the wrong item or a defect we caused. Photograph the issue and contact the studio within 7 days of delivery. Unopened blanks without decoration may be discussed case by case.
No. We don't list denier, lab certifications, climbing ratings, or escape-proof / lift claims we have not verified. Embroidery is digitised and lock-stitched on our floor. Structural performance of a blank is not something we advertise. The Trail Harness is not sold as a no-pull harness.
We ship finished goods to US street addresses only. This storefront does not ship internationally.
Standard US shipping is $6.50. Merchandise subtotals of $75.00 and up ship free. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout from the US destination address. Tax is not part of the free-shipping threshold.
Vector preferred: SVG, PDF, or AI. That holds as a stitch file. Raster fallback: PNG at 300 DPI at final size. No screenshot-of-a-screenshot. Spell names, numbers, and department text yourself. We run what you send. State thread colors and placement on the ticket. Do not bury that in the filename. Transparent background when the mark is not a full-bleed rectangle. If the file cannot run, we email the address on the ticket before production starts.
Paid and shipped emails include a work-order link. You can also enter the 8-character ticket id plus the checkout email on the order status page. We will not list other people's tickets from an email alone on that page.
