These terms cover catalog and custom orders placed on this site. Custom embroidery and screen print are made after payment and, when needed, a proof.
Submitting a work order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or requote a job that cannot be produced as specified. Artwork you upload must be yours to reproduce. You are responsible for spelling, placement, and rights to logos or names.
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is the published US rate (free over $75 merchandise). Sales tax is calculated by Stripe Tax at checkout from the US destination address. The amount charged by Stripe is the amount due.
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Color on stitch or ink can differ from a screen. Custom work is not returnable except for a production defect we caused.
AGIYA Industries, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for a job is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
