We ship finished goods to US street addresses only. This storefront does not ship internationally. Checkout collects a US street address, two-letter state, and ZIP.
Standard US shipping is $6.50. Merchandise subtotals of $75.00 and up ship free. Tax is calculated separately by Stripe Tax and is not included in the free-shipping threshold ($75.00 merchandise; shipping $6.50 under that).
Custom work is made after payment. Digitizing and stitch start on a paid ticket, not on a quote. Typical production is 5–10 business days after art is clear. That is a working estimate, not a guaranteed ship date. Catalog blanks still need decoration time when you add a mark. Tracking is emailed when the ticket is marked shipped. The same ticket link from your paid confirmation is the status page.
Custom means we embroider the blank you spec. A catalog blank with no mark still ships in the US; it just skips the decoration queue.
If the file cannot be produced as specified, we contact the email on the ticket before we stitch. We do not ping every ticket for status. Silence means the job is moving.
Defects / our error. If we shipped the wrong item or a production defect we caused, photograph it and contact the studio. We remake or credit that line at our call. Photograph the issue and contact the studio at (346) 367-7237 within 7 days of delivery. Put the ticket id in the message.
Change of mind. Decorated custom work is not returnable for a change of mind, a size you picked, spelling you sent, or a file you cleared. We do not remake because you changed the name after the ticket ran.
Remakes. A remake is for a production defect we caused or a wrong item we shipped. It is not a second design pass after you paid. If we agree the floor missed, we remake that line or credit it. We will say which.
